Commission percentages
- SmartWatcher-only subscriptions: 15% recurring commission
- Subscriptions including Voice AI: 20% recurring commission
- Maximum commission period: 12 months
- Calculated on eligible net subscription revenue actually collected
- Paid quarterly within 30 days after the end of the quarter
- Minute packs, implementation, consulting, taxes, refunds, credits and chargebacks are excluded
- Refund corrections are deducted from a later payout
- Monthly and annual subscriptions are commissionable
