It depends on call length. For illustration only, 600 minutes supports about 120 five-minute calls or 60 ten-minute calls.

Included minutes reset monthly and do not roll over. Additional packs of 500 or 1,000 minutes can be purchased inside HirePortal and remain separate while an eligible subscription is active.

A refusal, objection or withdrawal during a call is recorded immediately, blocks further outbound communication through HirePortal and survives later CSV re-import or ATS re-sync.

No. HirePortal does not make autonomous hiring or rejection decisions and should not be used for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect.
