Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to participation in the HirePortal Affiliate & Partner Program and supplement the HirePortal Terms & Conditions.

This is a high-quality contractual and compliance draft, not a substitute for final advice from HirePortal's Dutch privacy and IT lawyer. Mandatory statutory duties of HirePortal cannot be excluded by contract. Text between square brackets is still to be completed.

The English version is a faithful operational version of the Dutch text. In case of conflict, the Dutch version prevails unless expressly agreed otherwise.

1. Participation and attribution

  • Participation requires an approved affiliate or partner account and acceptance of these terms.
  • Attribution is based on your personal affiliate link or the referral code entered by the customer.
  • A maximum of one affiliate or partner is attributed per customer.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent referrals are not eligible and may lead to termination.

2. Commission

  • SmartWatcher-only subscriptions: 15% recurring commission.
  • Any subscription that includes Voice AI: 20% recurring commission.
  • The commission period is a maximum of 12 months from the customer's first successfully paid invoice.
  • Commission is calculated invoice by invoice and pro rata, on eligible net subscription revenue actually collected by HirePortal.

3. Exclusions

  • VAT and other taxes.
  • Discounts, refunds, credits and chargebacks.
  • Failed and unpaid invoices.
  • Setup, implementation, custom work and consulting.
  • Usage charges and additional minute packs.

4. Payment

  • Payouts are made quarterly, within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
  • Commission becomes eligible only after HirePortal has successfully collected the relevant invoice.
  • Where a refund or chargeback occurs after a payout, the related commission is deducted from the next payout.
  • You are responsible for your own tax and VAT obligations on commission received.

5. Customer bonus minutes

  • A valid affiliate or referral code gives a new customer 333 bonus Voice AI minutes.
  • The bonus is awarded only after purchase of a new annual plan including Voice AI and after the first successful payment.
  • There is no cash discount and no coupon.
  • The bonus is awarded once per new organisation.
  • It is not available on monthly or SmartWatcher-only subscriptions, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with another introductory offer.

6. Promotion rules

  • You may not make claims about HirePortal that we do not make ourselves, including invented metrics, certifications, customers or integrations.
  • You may not bid on HirePortal brand terms in paid search without written permission.
  • You may not use spam, unlawful cold calling or misleading advertising to promote HirePortal.
  • HirePortal may withhold or reverse commission generated in breach of these rules.

7. Changes and termination

  • HirePortal may change the program, commission rates or these terms with reasonable prior notice.
  • Either party may terminate participation at any time; commission already earned on collected invoices remains payable.
  • Dutch law applies, in line with the HirePortal Terms & Conditions.
